Everyone was welcoming, polite, kind, attentive, and they really made my visit memorable and was a highlight of my visit! "Beautiful hotel with views and architecture. Rooms are spacious and very clean but we had a water leak in our first room and the washing machine didn’t work in the room we were moved to. Be aware this is part of a time share and they try to get you to take a tour/join. They do offer a decent discount if you take the tour. The child care center was wonderful and full of fun activities! The staff was very helpful overall. "
