"Good service, nice spartment, great pool area, delicious restaurant, close to the beach and a good place for your vacation. But no Wifi inside the apartment and overall very bad connection. Could be a little bit cheaper in our opinion. Supermarket and ATM is a little far to walk."

"I booked the hotel for thirty days and ended leaving after 4 days. The pictures may look pretty and filtered, and the name sounds wonderful. But the experience was not, this place should be named Eden Encampment. How this is labeled as a 3 star hotel is beyond me. This is at most a 1 star hotel on its best day. It was advertised on hotel.com as having free wifi, to my dismay there was NO WIFI. The owner tried to play it off by providing me with a sim card 2 days later, I was charged for...

"Ottima struttura per visitare e godersi la costa est di Zanzibar. Camere essenziali ma confortevoli, pulite e moderne. Staff super, Roberta e i colleghi ti fanno sentire davvero a casa. Il ristorante davvero ottimo sia per le colazioni sia per i pasti. Per chi cerca un’oasi di pace diversa dai classici resort (per vivere l’atmosfera di Zanzibar in modo più autentico) e della buona ospitalità (e cucina) italiana sicuramente è il posto giusto! "Because we were only stopping for 2 nights we weren't too particular as to the room so chose the cheapest option but in retrospect we should have picked one next to the pool. We were in an annexe a 20meters away and it was a small room, though it did provide an effective ac unit, tea and coffee facilities, hit shower, clean towels both days, mosquito net, and it was clean and well presented. The main rooms surround the pool and are better proportioned. The owner and the staff are very pleasant...

"This place is amazing. Great service, amazing rooms. Perfect with both pool and ocean swimming. Great place to just hang out, you have everything you need there. The only thing is that it was a few families with kids which made it not very relaxing. We could be a bit unlucky, but maybe contact the hotel before booking to check if there are families with kids that have booked at the same time as you want to go. "

"It was a very pleasant hotel. Room is confortable. Swimming pool is very nice in front of the beach. Breakfast are unbelievable as the restaurant. We enjoy this place a lot."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Isayara luxury over water villa and konokono beach resort garden villa. The staff is very kind and available whenever you need them. We felt very welcomed and care for. The place is juste amazing and calm. We stayed in a garden villa for 3 nights and in an overwater villa for another 3 nights due to availability of the overwater villa when we booked. We loved both villas. The garden villa was so spacious and clean. The pool in the garden was very nice. We really enjoyed the daily visit of the monkey’s there. But of course the highlight of our stay was the overwater villa. WOW. The view everywhere in the villa. We spent most our day in our own little pool or the ocean on high tides. It was just a perfect relaxing moment. Room service was so efficient, we just had to call in to get some drink delivered. We really loved our stay at this property. It’s a fair drive from main attractions, but we didn't mind it as we booked our tours with hotel pickups. The hotel is worth the drive. "

As a wildlife enthusiast and photographer, I was thrilled to spot incredible species right from the resort grounds, including a Zanzibar Red Colobus monkey, a Red Squirrel, and the stunning Woodland Kingfisher. Everything about the stay felt curated and serene—from the elegant layout of the resort to the natural surroundings. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious yet nature-filled retreat in Zanzibar."
