"This was a decent hotel but not what I was expecting from a Best Western. It was in need of some serious updating. I thought my gps had taken me to an old motel by mistake when I pulled up. The beds weren’t particular comfortable, but I’ve definitely slept in worse. At least the hotel was very clean. Breakfast was so-so. We went down for breakfast about 45 minutes before they stopped serving it. There were no pastries of any kind, the yogurt machine was out, and the sausage links were all gone. I did like that they had various fruit toppings for the waffles. It wasnt really a bad stay. I just expect more from the Best Western brand based on past experience and the cost. I would probably stay somewhere else next time."

"Perfect for my family of four with two small dogs. Very clean and the staff looked and acted like they enjoyed and took pride in their work. Also nice was that the surrounding area was maintained and safe. Nothing sketchy about the neighborhood. We’ll definitely re-book there again."

"Very nice spacious room with large queen bed with sturdy frame and headboard. TV worked well so did mini fridge and the microwave. Pet area very clean with no trash or cigarette butts littered; poop bags available with trash can. Potty area off to right side of building and my room was on the 1st floor, last door on the right so it was super convenient to go take my dog potty. Parking space ample room. Rocking chairs out front very relaxing atmosphere. Lobby clean upon entry. Staff friendly, patient and informative. A/C in room super cold. Bathtub was large with a detachable shower head as well as a removable shower chair. Bathroom very large, tissues available, clean towels stocked, clean sink and vanity. Bedding appeared clean with no stains noted. I would recommend this place and would stay again if in the area. Area felt very safe."

"I cant complain about the room as it was clean and everything worked. However, I will say the staff is rude. Service dogs are supposed to be free so we informed him that my service dog was with us. He said he wanted all the paperwork and certificates associated with her, which is illegal in Georgia to ask for, and still ended up charging us $25 for her. Even though a regular pet on their site is only $15. Then when we went to checkout at 7am, they were rushing us out of the room. Check out is at 11 by the way. There was nothing hospitable about this staff."
