"Room entrance door had a very strong closer, and did not have a way to hold it open. As this was a handicap room, it made it very difficult to get our luggage and ourselves into the room without being “knocked over” by the door. This could result in a personal injury. "The breakfast was fair. Had to ask the attendant for items that had been empty for awhile and it was not close to breakfast being over. "

"The pros were very friendly staffs. The cons were the age of the building and it does not seem to be well maintained. The room was not that clean, but mainly due to the poor maintenance. "

"Surprised how large the room was! Beds seemed like a full not a queen, so maybe that was why the room seemed larger? Staff was friendly at check in and during breakfast the next morning. There's a water fountain/ refill station in the gym... So that was weird to have to use my room key to get in there in order to refill my water cup. Only complaint was the sticky floors in the lobby, breakfast area, hall to elevator."

"The staff is amazing at this Hyatt place! I cannot say enough good things about this hotel! 5 stars all around. The only problem in this quaint area is trying to get an Uber. Otherwise Flint Hyatt place is awesome to visit."
