"Since we arrived, our suite was occupied by other people.. whichâs not convenient to us and we have to find 2 different rooms instead of one room because we were a family of 4 people !. The responsible was a quite good by making sure we were satisfied. AC wasnât functioning properly !. Specially in our suite !. Service was outstanding , specially I would shout out to Youssef, Youness, Jalal and Hicham a big thanks for their service !. Food in the breakfast was delicious but we ordered a dinner...

"Tout s'est relativement bien passé cependant je regrette que, sachant que MeknÚs rencontre des problÚmes de traitement d'eau (coupure d'eau entre 21h et 6h30 du matin), l'hÎtel ne nous ait pas mis à disposition des bonbonnes d'eau pour notre toilette et autre (Nous étions 2 dans la chambre) .
J'ai déposé une réclamation auprÚs de la réception (qui n'est nullement responsable de cette situation), seulement voilà la direction elle ne s'est pas manifestée...
En résumé, pour nous laver les dents,...
