"Our group of 6 loved our stay in this apartment. There were a lot of stairs to climb but it was easily worth it, we had everything we needed and were very comfortable. Luciano was very helpful and friendly and we had a great time! There is construction outside the apartment (as of May 2025) but we were able to cover most of it up with a white noise machine. Bologna was such a wonderful city and we loved this apartment!"

"Location is pretty great and we enjoyed walking into town almost everyday. The check in was a bit more complicated than it needed to be and getting actual information about the area did not meet with success. Parking information was also not given until late in the process and i had requested it earlier. I chose this place based on their 5 star rating and it just did not deserve that from our experience. "This apartment was centrally located, if you want to enjoy Bologna as a local and be close to everything, this is the place- the apt is nicely decorated and modern, everything you need is there, communication with host was great, and they allowed us to check in earlier in the day- overall a pleasant stay, and if back in town, i will definitely stay there- easy and confortable for 4 (2 in sofa bed, 2 in bedroom) - walking distance to the center, the train station, restaurant, stores and more-...

VRBO customer support had to step in and were unable to contact host either, our stay was cancelled and we had to find another place last minute. Do not book here, it’s a scam. "
