"Easy check in, friendly owner. The kitchen is well equipped, and the overall house is comfortable. Good wifi, and a lovely tranquil spot. It’s easy to get into Levanto with its train and boat links and other facilities."

"What a beautiful place! It’s an old villa but really gorgeous with terrific views. The beach is about 10 minutes walk downhill and a slog uphill coming back! Levanto is a lovely place. It was spring tides and the surfers were all out! Lots of terrific places to eat and swim and shop."

"The view from the patio is stunning and is setup for relaxing and dining. The property needs some attention though and a good thorough cleaning. We found it necessary to wash all of the dishes and cookware we used as it did not appear clean. The stairs to access the property were a challenge for some in our party, others enjoyed the challenge and the reward of the view. "Fabiola was a wonderful host and very easy to communicate with. The house was lovely and had an amazing view. It was a bit hard to find since we came in at night but Fabiola was super helpful and we really enjoyed our stay. We would love to stay here again for sure."
