The lady who did our check in and check out was not so friendly and she kept our passports and forgot to give them back. The hotel called our tour guide and thankfully we were at the canyon and able to return to Chivay to retrieve it. We have been especially impressed by the dinner served after our trip to Colca Canyon. It was delicious with high end restaurant presentation. The staff was attentive and very helpful."
