This was a great stay. Very clean facility with amazing staff-so polite and professional everywhere in the facility. Food was great. Spa was lovely with a wide range of services. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Laundry service was manageable if you need your clothes laundered during your trip. We had breakfast vouchers each morning and the food was great even during Friday of Holy Week. Dianne, Front Desk Rep, was great as always and took care of our needs.

This is our "go to" place whenever we are in Cabanatuan. The staff is extremely amazing-very helpful, very accommodating and always smiling. They've anticipated our needs even before we ask specially during breakfast. We want to recognize the following: Edan, Ron, Mike, Mark and Abdul. They know us by name and would always check on us. We noticed an improvement on the breakfast, it was already very good before but now it's better. The GM is very hospitable and truly cares about the guests. We will be back.

It is a good hotel, around 3 stars. Restaurant was average, breakfast was standard. We were not escorted to our room even when we had a lot of bags, we had to find where our room was. Internet is slow.

It was a pleasant stay. There were some incidents(phone not ringing, water leaking under the sink), but they were promptly taken care of by the staff. Breakfast was included with our stay, and it was excellent. The only drawback I can think of is the noise coming from the hallway. The hallway floor is marble and you can hear people walking outside the room. Overall, we are happy that we chose Harvest.

Outstanding Stay!

Wonderful stay! The hotel is very nice (even elegant in places). The room was very comfortable, the gym was decent and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. More than anything, the support of your staff (particularly Ash and Mark) made the trip. They were extremely helpful in helping with transportation needs. Wonderful people!

Not a bad stay, but this place needs updating. I gave it a low review just due to the place being so old and outdated. Other than that, it's an ok place to stay in this city. Limited hotels so you won't get much better than this.
