The property was very well equipped and beautifully clean, and the host could not have been more helpful or friendly. Only slight niggle was the Wi-Fi coverage, apart from that everything far surpassed expectations"

"Nous avons été entourés de bienveillance, de bons conseils et d'une grande disponibilité tout au long de notre séjour.Merci à Franck et à ses filles pour leur accueil. La maison est aussi chaleureuse que cette famille, et nous nous y sommes tous sentis très bien. Le jardin est également très agréable et bien entretenu.L'une des chambres offre une superbe vue sur la mer et ses couchers de soleil. La plage, magnifique, se trouve à seulement 3 minutes à pied.Le quartier pavillonnaire est super et privilégié, une belle ambiance bord de mer. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Merci encore, nous recommandons à 10000%!"

"Maison carollaise entre mer et campagne. Vous laissez la voiture des votre arrivée. Il ne vous reste plus qu ' à admirer les paysages en vous baladant , à écouter le chant des oiseaux le matin au reveil . A sentir le parfum des roses de ce joli jardin.Un petit havre de paix. "Très beau gîte idéalement placé près du GR, des plages et de granville.Le gîte est d’une qualité remarquable avec un confort optimal.Nous étions 5 couples et chacun possède sa chambre équipée de douche et wc."

"We hand a nice stay at La Chaumière Vauban. As noted, it has a beautiful view and was a spacious home. Positives: Easy access to coastal walks; a good kitchen for cooking (we cooked all four of our nights); it had shampoo and body wash in each shower; our daughter loved the kids room with with two bunk beds; Marie is very responsive by WhatsApp.Nice touches: Marie put out a kids coloring book and markers, and she left some local treats to enjoy.Oddities: Very low door to master from dining room (hit our heads about once a day - my head still aches from this); tight maneuvering to park car on property (Marie insists on meeting, which is likely related to this).Negatives: Lack of comfortable outdoor seating facing sea view (outside of standing, we didn’t have a place to sit and enjoy the nice view); ants (it was spring time); lack of sharp knives for cooking; lack of lighting in master bedroom (room felt sparse).Things to remember for next time: No conditioner; host only provided one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one paper towel roll, and two trash bags (this would have been nice to know in advance for shopping purposes)."
