Stone farmhouse from the end of the s. XIX has just been fully restored, very easy access and very well connected.

Located on a farm of more than 150 hectares, between BesalĆŗ, Banyoles and Figueres, 35 km from the Costa Brava, with fantastic views over the fields of l'EmpordĆ .

The 5 km walking tour of the estate is recommended, visiting the centennial laundries.

6 double rooms with private bathroom and 1 room with bunk beds. Ideal for families with children!

The 7 rooms are distributed as follows:

- 3 bedrooms with king-size double bed and bathroom inside

- 3 bedrooms with king-size double bed + 2 single beds and bathroom
within

- 1 room with 2 bunk beds and bathroom

It also has 1 bathroom adapted for the disabled.

1 diaphanous room of 90 mĀ² on the top floor (to be rented separately)

We enjoyed a relaxed weekend in the house, which is very nice an comfortable, walking around, playing volley, doing a barbacue, swimming in the pool... all went very well!
