El apartamento está muy bien ubicado respecto a la playa, 1 cuadra, y muy amplio y cómodo en su interior. Los porteros del edificio fueron muy serviciales y amables con nosotros. Fue una muy buena estadía

Muito melhor do que eu imaginava
Pessoal, esta foi, sem dúvidas, minha melhor escolha para hospedagem. Viajamos em família (cinco pessoas). O apartamento é muito bem localizado. Fica a uns 100 passos do melhor lugar da praia: o canto do Forte São Mateus. Em frente ao prédio tem dois mercadinhos. Tem padaria na mesma rua. É muito perto do centro (dá para ir apé tranquilamente). O apartamento é muito melhor do que é descrito. Tem três quartos excelentes. Televisão grande com netflix. Três banheiros. Dois dos quartos com ar condicionado. Porteiro 24h e zelador muito atenciosos. A casa tem tudo o que precisamos. Com toda a certeza voltarei a me hospedar lá.

A minha estadia foi muito boa . O imóvel atendeu as expectativas e como na discrição do anúncio, amplo e confortável bem próximo a praia. Tive um problema com ar condicionado do quarto de casal, não estava gelando. Comuniquei o proprietário que resolver de imediato, mandou instalar um novo. Voltarei mais vezes com certeza.

O apartamento é muito grande porém móveis muito velhos as camas são horríveis muito desconfortáveis.Mas tem todos os utensílios domésticos.Muito limpo o apartamento e ao redor tem um pequena comunidade.Rua muito suja.Mas gostei .Tive um problema com o controle do portão demorou dois dias para resolver cheguei não tinha controle.E o dono queria que eu ligasse pra resolver com a empresa responsável. AP atende as expectativas, não precisei levar nenhum item de cozinha, fogão e geladeira funcionando normalmente,2tvs funcionando, tive problema apenas com ar condicionado da suite q não está gelando mas tem 2 ventiladores novos, funcionários do condomínio muito educados estão de parabéns...
