Demoraram para entregar o quarto. Esperei 20 minutos, pois a entrada era as 13 horas e o quarto só ficou disponível as 13:20h. Além disso, na parte de dentro da fronha do travesseiro da minha tia estava cheio de um inseto que vira cupim.

Já é a terceira que levo minha família para esta pousada. Não possui muito conforto, porém sua localização é excelente, pode curtir os melhores locais de Cabo Frio sem precisar de carro. Recomendo. Não posso esquecer dos atendentes, são ótimos.

Hotel com ótimo custo benefício próximo ao Forte

Estive por 3 dias no hotel, que se localiza bem próximo à praia do Forte e de diversos restaurantes e do centro de Cabo Frio. O atendimento foi atencioso desde a chegada mais tarde que o esperado, por conta de trânsito na estrada, incluindo o tratamento durante toda a estadia. O café da manhã é adequado para o tipo de hotel mais simples que é, com opções de pães, sucos e frutas.

Fomos muito bem recepcionados pelo sr. Airton. Muito atencioso e prestativo. Não tivemos problemas com a limpeza. O café da manhã está adequado ao padrão do hotel, mas começam a servi-lo apenas as 08:00hs... muito tarde para uma cidade turística! Faço uma sugestão: que o início do serviço seja, pelo menos, a partir de 07:00hs da manhã. Pena não ter estacionamento.

Na verdade fiquei decepcionada com a contratação do produto. Quando efetuei a compra pelo site, a informação ofertada era de que seria um quarto quíntuplo( 2 camas de casal e 1 de solteiro), já que informei que seria 2 adultos e 2 crianças, além da hidromassagem. No check-in na disso foi cumprido. O quarto era triplo com um bercinho e NÃO possúia hidromassagem. Uma pena essa inverdade. A recepcionista ainda justificou que o erro era do site hotéis.com, e ela não tinha culpa.

Esta pousada foi feita dividindo-se os cômodos de uma casa. Os quartos ficaram com banheiros minúsculos. O acabamento deixou a desejar. O serviço de atendimento aos hóspedes é muito fraco. Café da manhã horrível. Dá para melhorar, mas por enquanto só mesmo para pernoite.
