Enjoy the charm of the coastal town of Cabo Rojo in our beautifully renovated 4-bedroom, 2-bath home. Nestled on the iconic “Calle Betances,” our home is a page from history—perfectly situated in the heart of town, just steps from local shops, restaurants, and the lively plaza. Its central location offers an authentic experience, where the everyday sounds and local flavor add to the vibrant atmosphere.

The master bedroom features a balcony with views of the Cabo Rojo neighborhood. It includes a king-size bed, air conditioning, ample storage space, a dresser, and plenty of natural sunlight.

The first guest bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed, AC, closet, and a large window that opens to the main hallway. It’s conveniently located across from the guest bathroom, which includes a spacious standing shower.

The second guest bedroom also offers a view of the neighborhood and is located next to the guest bathroom. It features a queen-size bed, closet, and AC.

The third guest bedroom includes a neighborhood view and is equipped with a full-size bed, a closet, and AC.

The living and dining area follows an open-concept layout. The dining table comfortably seats up to 7 people, while the living room offers a large couch ideal for relaxing. Ceiling fans help circulate the refreshing breeze that flows through this second-floor apartment. A 40” Smart TV is available for guests to log in and enjoy their favorite streaming apps, and the internet is fast and reliable.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with all essential appliances and cookware needed to prepare a home-cooked meal. It’s bathed in natural sunlight and features a window that looks down at the historic Excelsior Theater, which has been part of the town since 1871.
