"We stayed at Hacienda for the first time. We had a great stay! The property staff was great. the property only has 1 restaurant so on property dining is limited but close enough to other great local restaurants. The only draw back was the 2 cruise liners that came into the port and blocked our views for 2 days. Beach is accessible and great service available beach side. We will definitely return. "

"Everything was great including staff at restaurants, pool and beach. The only flaw was the woman that checked us in and I am sorry I don't have her name. She didn't thoroughly explain the app and set it up under the wrong name so we couldn't log in. We felt rushed away and had to return for another woman's assistance in correcting it. We requested a king bed twice and she never sent anyone to put the beds together. Another day i tried to ask her questions about the shuttle and she just kept saying for me to check the app.
