Complain to the front desk and rudely he said they have to clean the patio.. I understand, but you could lock the door after the cleaning. ..."

"Our room supposedly was a luxury room. 2 full size beds and a couch that opened up. The couch was hard as a rock. The shower had a slow flow. Only bath towels, no wash cloths or hand towels. I wish there would have been more options as to where to eat."
