It’s not something you usually think about when booking a hotel, but having medical support on-site turned out to be absolutely critical for us. The doctor arrived quickly, assessed my son’s condition with calm expertise, and provided the necessary first aid before recommending further steps. The staff were incredibly supportive throughout, helping us stay calm and ensuring we had everything we needed. Beyond that, the hotel itself was wonderful—comfortable rooms, attentive service, and great amenities. But what truly sets it apart is its commitment to guest well-being.
