The outdoor garden lounge area features lush tropical landscaping native to Cabo, with the relaxing cooling-pool allowing for sun/shade under the garden 'Palapa', a private outside eating area/bar provides for relaxation and living outdoors just off the kitchen. Enjoy the open gas fire-pit at night while watching the stunning sunsets over the Pacific, or star gazing . . . peaceful relaxation!!

Care and craftsmanship have gone in to the construction of this villa with high vaulted ceilings throughout allowing for a fresh open-air feel. *If Owner is fined for excessive noise by the HOA, it will be subtracted from security deposit a $500 refundable damage deposit is required at time of booking. Security Deposit will be returned within 10 days if no damage or missing items have been reported by our staff following checkout.

*No more than 8 persons maximum sleeping in home.
*If maximum limit is exceeded a fee of $50.00 per person per night will be subtracted from the security deposit.
