Located on the marina side in a private gated exclusive community Pedregal, Cabo San Lucas. 2 block walk to downtown Cabo.

Four king size beds with en suite bathrooms. Large sundeck with beautiful view of marina. Air conditioning, granite kitchen, stainless steel appliances. Terrace has private pool with jacuzzi. Living room TV w/ Netflix.

24-hour security, unlimited wifi, washer and dryer.

Fully stocked kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher and wine fridge, any tools and gadgets that could possibly be needed for cooking at home. Or... bring in a local chef to do the cooking for you! The breakfast bar seats 4 comfortably, dining table seats 8.

The master suite is furnished with a king size bed, closet, full bathroom ensuite. Step out from this bedroom enjoy the pool courtyard area.

The second bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, walking closet, full bathroom ensuite.

The third bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, closet, full bathroom ensuite and fourth bedroom is furnished with a sofa bed, full bathroom ensuite, step out from this bedroom enjoy the terrace with a view to Cabo.

The fourth bedroom is furnished with a sofa bed unsite a full bathroom, steps out of this bedroom enjoy the terrace with a parcial view to Cabo

Enjoy the private pool and relax in the jacuzzi.

NOTE- We only provide heating for the jacuzzi. However, the jacuzzi is attached to the pool so it will be a nice temperature.

We had four couples and really liked having four en suites with king beds. The beds were all very comfortable, and the location in Pedagril is so convenient to the marina and restaurants. I would definitely rent this home again.
