This beautifully renovated studio condo is perfectly located along the marina in downtown Cabo San Lucas.

Please note there is no parking included in the cost of the reservation. There are many parking lots available close by to the condo that you can chose from at a cost. There is also street parking around the condo as well.
The space
You will walk into this bright and spacious property that boasts a fully-stocked kitchenette and two comfortable queen sized beds.

On the other side of the studio you will find a comfortable living room area where you can watch TV or the boats coming in off the marina. The balcony overlooks the marina where there are many restaurants, bars and water excursions available at almost any time day or night!
Other things to note
Please note there is no parking included in the cost of the reservation. There are many parking lots available close by to the condo that you can chose from at a cost. There is also street parking around the condo as well but is first come first serve.
