This villa is the perfect luxury accommodation for both families and groups.

This 4-bedroom, 4.5 bathroom luxury villa provides up to 10 guests with private access to Médano Beach and is just a short walk away from the huge array of dining and nightlife opportunities in Cabo. The villa is situated within the gated Hacienda Beach Club, and guests can enjoy all the benefits the club has to offer including a full gym, exercise classes, miniature golf, several pools, daycare and restaurants.

Villa #1 at Hacienda beach club is the closest villa to access all the beach restaurants
and bars and is the only villa with its own private access to Medano Beach. It was recently renovated in late 2020 and beautifully decorated in a contemporary Californian style. All four suites provide beautiful views, with the generous master suite’s private balcony offering the best view of them all.

This is our 2nd time at this amazing villa! We love the location and the views! You can access the beach directly from the villa. It also comes with a 6 person golf cart which we used daily. The Hacienda is a great place to stay. The staff and amenities are top notch! We'll definitely come back!

Hands down, the most beautiful house, in the most amazing setting, with the greatest hosts - our stay in Villa One was perfect from start to finish!! The hosts are super responsive and helpful in answering questions; the house is gorgeous, in a prime location and perfect for a large group; the staff at Hacienda Beach Club and Residences were awesome. You will never want to stay anywhere else in Cabo!

Outstanding villa and rental experience.

This Villa is a super premium experiennce. It is very spacious, well equipped, and part of a fantastic resort with a great restaurant and spa. It was also spotlessly clean.Beach access is easy, the pool was nice and warm, and you can walk to the marina or Medano beach restaurants in minutes. We hope to be back soon!

January 2025 Family Trip

This was our 2nd time staying at this villa! It is a beautiful property.The staff is wonderful and friendly. We enjoyed the spa, restaurant, gym and pickleball courts. Love that the marina is so close and walkable, providing a lot of activities, restaurants and fun bars to stop in for a margarita and chips and guacamole.

Loved the villa! Everyone was super accommodating! The only thing we were disappointed about was that it said it had multiple king beds and it only had one so it was a tight squeeze in the other beds.

This is the perfect place at Hacienda. Right next to the restaurants on the beach if you chose to go and you can sit in the pool and watch all the activity from the pool. Very beautiful place! Will definitely go again!

Beautiful Villa on the Beach

We loved this villa! The location is great with a short walk to the Marina and good restaurants. The Hacienda Residences and Beach Resort is fabulous with great food and service. We were able to pre-order groceries that were delivered prior to our arrival. There were 7 of us staying at the villa with lots of room. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable beds.

Amazing location

We traveled with a seven month old, three-year-old, and five adults. The property has an excellent location to beachfront venues and the marina. The facility staff was extremely helpful and kind. We did utilize the chef service one morning, and the breakfast was outstanding.

I’ve stayed all over the los Cabos area and this place is hands down the best. Upscale pedregal style villa, with 5 star hotel amenities and service. Not to mention it is literally in town. You cannot beat this house.

House was amazing! We’ve stayed at some of the most exclusive VRBO s. We all agreed this was one of the best! Hacienda Beach Club service gives St Regis a run for its money! We will definitely come back soon! Villa #1 is the best!

Perfect extended family vacation spot

Our extended family just enjoyed an amazing week at the this villa. The villa has been recently renovated with attractive decorator finishes and furniture. The size and amenities were perfect for the 3 adults, 2 seniors and 1 teenager in our group. The owner and VIP services responded quickly to our requests. Great location nearby lively beachfront restaurants and bars. Highly recommend.
