Total Relaxation

It was just as advertised. It was totally relaxing, and the balcony had amazing views. You can get to the private beach in about a two minute walk down some pretty steep stairs. It is not really a swimmable beach, but it is very private and very relaxing. The condo was very clean and had an amazing bed! We will definitely be back.

Cabo Retreat

We enjoyed the condo and the peace.Would definitely recommend to everyone. Loved watching the whales from the porch and the views-would stay again there.

Excellent condo!

Very clean, has everything you need, great location with small private beach. Beach chairs/umbrella, beach towels, snorkeling gear, etc... all provided.

Gorgeous view but could be cleaner

The location and view did not disappoint. We were bummed that the umbrella on the patio was broken. Tried to get a hold of someone on sight listed in the book but never got a response. Some of the linens were dirty and behind bed and couch. We didn’t let it impact our trip. We loved the property and will come back.

The property was exactly as pictured, view’s unbelievable. The pool bar and staff was great. Had a fantastic meal at Jazz on the Rocks which was only a five minute walk. Will definitely rent this property again.

Beautiful Condo and Complex

This is our second visit to Misiones del Cabo and our first time in this beautiful condo. Deny, the property manager, was so helpful in making our trip a relaxing and stress free. We plan on returning again soon.

Great Oceanside Unit for Whale Watching

We saw so many whales right outside our oceanside unit which was newly updated and the perfect size for two! We watched the sun come up every morning from our 3rd floor patio and stargazed every night falling asleep to sounds of the crashing waves below. This location has several great dining options nearby and the onsite pool bar serves great food and drinks all day.

Paradise in Cabo

From check in to check out, Deny made this an easy and pleasant experience. We were extremely pleased with the unit upon arrival and when we discover that the supplied snorkelling gear had some issues, Deny resolved it same day. Waking up to the sound of the crashing waves is awesome. Sitting on the deck and watching, whales, dolphins and cruise ships go by, was fantastic. Our only issue was with the chain smokers below us, but not much you can do about that unfortunately. Looking forward to a return trip at some point.

Best Birthday Trip Ever!

My husband and I planned a trip to Cabo (the first time in Mexico for both of us) to celebrate my 50th birthday. It took us some time to find just the right place and boy did we ever! Deny was a dream and Gloria prepared the most wonderful welcome apps and margaritas for us. The location was perfect. From the sunrises to sunsets, listening to the ocean while we slept and the bonus of seeing the whales migrate. We were in heaven!! I grew up going to Sanibel Island with m y family and that was our "special place." Since my father passed away 9 years ago, it has been tough to find a new one - well not any more. We will be back Cabo!

The unit itself is fantastic. Great view, layout, and in-unit amenities including a washer/dryer plus full kitchen. Clean and updated. Kid-friendly beach literally down the steps. The complex is on the smaller side with one pool & one restaurant. Closer to town but not walkable; You'll want a car or Uber if that's your thing. On-going road and parking lot construction makes a questionable first impression but that was quickly forgotten about and street parking was ample enough. Very friendly staff and visitors/owners. A little on the quiet side; Our 5yr old was the loudest until a handful of other kiddos showed up at the pool. We'd definitely stay here again but we're no longer in our mid-twenties looking for a party. ; )

Returning guest but different condo

I have stayed on this property a few times and will continue to do so. This time we stayed oceanfront in this gorgeous condo. The waves crash at your feet! The view is phenomenal. The condo is a top floor but I like to get steps in! Beautifully updated, gorgeous sunrises, even the check in staff says it’s the nicest condo in the complex. It has beach chairs which we used daily. An umbrella to take to the beach and one already on the deck. Lounging on the deck was great in deck chairs or bar stools. Eating at the open window from the kitchen was a dream! I love this property so much!! It’s close to shopping and you can walk to the beach bar for delicious food or kick it up to really elegant and make reservations next door. We’ve eaten at Jazz on the Rock’s, the Rooftop, The Ledge and missed out on Mona Lisa because we couldn’t decide on the menu. But it is a Cabo destination so maybe next time. Building one is truly amazing and our family is returning in the spring renting 3 units including this one again. One important fact about coffee I wish I had known!!! This unit has a Kuerig!!! I would have brought my pods but I didn’t know. The reason they don’t advertise it is because no stores sell the pods! So if you are a user of Kuerigs, bring your own!!!!! You will not be disappointed in this gorgeous unit! You’ll only be sad to leave! One last thing. The staff is top notch. The bar staff is as well. You will be very well taken care of here.

Amazing location with great ocean views

We really enjoyed our stay.. accommodations right on the ocean, we seen whales two of the mornings while enjoying our breakfast which was a plus.. Enjoyed happy hour at swim up bar, swimming / snorkeling at beach and restaurants within walking distance. Will definitely look to stay here again in the near future. Cheers Matt & Vanessa

Whale Oasis

We absolutely loved our time at this condo. We started and finished every day on the patio watching whales breach or watching the nearby fireworks shows. We enjoyed the small beach and ate at the condo restaurant at least once per day. Order the shrimp tacos-- you won't be disappointed! We will certainly be back again!

Beautiful Stay

I stayed for three nights for rest and relaxation after being on an adventure trip with 12 women. It was the perfect place to decompress. The view was spectacular! You could see the water laying in the bed. I would absolutely stay there again. Victor was so incredibly responsive in our communications. He definitely made things with the check in and check out very smooth.. I look forward to my next time there.

Beautiful View with whales!

Incredible sunrises, whales everywhere, very quiet and private. You will have to climb stairs to get to this condo as it is at the top with 2 condos below but worth it to sit on the amazing patio. Kitchen is well stocked. The Fish and Mexican food nights at the pool bar were great food. The condo had beach chairs, umbrella and snorkel gear which was very convenient. This condo is perfect for 2.

Relaxing holiday

Everything described in the information was as it appears no surprises… All good. Views, of course are spectacular.,. Unit was very well appointed. No issues with neighbours we were on the top floor nice vaulted ceilings lots of lights and a constant breeze so no need for the air conditioning.. Spent many hours on the deck, enjoying the serenity and multiple whale sightings as an added nice bonus. Looks like the place had some remodelling done recently ..overall for a rental was in really good shape. A bit dusty… but I suspect that comes with Being oceanfront. Comfortable bed big washroom.. well appointed kitchen…. did not eat many meals here as there was a great little bar at the pool and provided very good meals and drinks at a very reasonable cost. Andres and his team Running the bar were spectacular and looked after us. Management company was quick to get back to us and provide Responses to questions to our concerns or to provide more information. Overall, most important would I stay there again …of course very low-key relaxing resort. John

Great Place!

This condo was very private and the community was quiet. There was everything you needed for a stay there so you didn’t have to bring much. The sunrises were amazing! The sunrises were fantastic as well. This unit was perfect for two people and we really enjoyed it.
