Room 2: Features a queen-sized bed, smart TV, air conditioning, and an en suite bathroom.

Room 3: This room comes with a king-sized bed, spacious closets, and a TV with Netflix. A full bathroom is conveniently located next to this bedroom.

Ascend the stairs to access the private rooftop terrace, fully equipped with a dining table, lounge chairs, a BBQ grill, a hot tub, and a large palapa that will undoubtedly become your favorite spot to relax and enjoy the breathtaking ocean views.

Our guests can enjoy the Day Pass at Casa Dorada Resort Beach Club and Pool. It is a great way to spend the day by the beach and enjoy having access to the resort facilities. Enjoy our special rate of $100 USD per adult per day for pool & beach club access. (80 USD will be applied to the consumption of food and beverage ) | (discount applicable for children). No reservation is needed, we recommend early arrival at the Resort to ensure availability. *This is a third-party property price and access is subject to the availability and capacity of the Resort.**



The Neighborhood:

La Vista is one of the most exclusive, secured gated development with stunning views to the Sea of Cortez. It is located in the Tezal area just 5 min from Costco and 10 min driving from famous Medano Beach and downtown. Just far enough from the noise and activity of downtown, yet close enough to enjoy the amenities. Guests are welcome to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi of the Club house were you can relax and and simply admire the amazing ocean views.



Getting Around:

Depending on your vacation plans, renting a car is a very convenient option, but if you don't want to drive, Taxis are plentiful and safe in Cabo and Uber is also a great option.

This penthouse is located on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator, only stairs.

La Vista Community Rules.

* Quiet Hours 9 pm to 8 am

* Out door music must be controlled to avoid disturbing the neighborhood

* All guests must be registered at reservation and check-in

* Any non registered guest /visitor requires Property Management authorization and security registration

* All trash must be contained in trash bags and placed in proper containers

* Driving speed limit inside the community is 10 mph , there is a fine of $250 USD if you exceed this limit.



- Absolutely no hosting of parties. It is a residential neighborhood, need to take neighbors peace in consideration. Quiet hour after 10:00 PM.

- Only registered Guests inside the property.

- No Pets

- Not suitable for children.



In order to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all our guests, we do not permit external vendors inside our properties. Our concierge service is available to recommend trusted vendors for any assistance you may need. Thank you for your understanding.



We accept monthly reservations, however, an additional refundable security deposit of 300 USD for each month may apply, please confirm this before booking.



This property is inside a residential community. For this reason, you will be required to provide an ID and sign the community rules in order to grant access. Please message us if you need specifics on the community guidelines
