- Three-bedroom travertine villa in gated Cabo Bello with a private pool, hot tub, and rooftop terrace with partial ocean views. Walk to Playa del Rey, a calm, semi-private swimming cove. Sleeps 6.
THE VILLA
Villa Velas is built from natural materials: a travertine facade, tall custom Rosa Morada wood doors, and cool travertine floors throughout. Back-lit onyx glows softly at sunset.
The open living area has an electric fireplace and plenty of natural light. The kitchen has ASKO appliances, an Elica electric stove, a dishwasher, and a Black Space marble island, ideal for a private chef or slow mornings.
BEDROOMS (3 BR, 2 INDOOR BATHS + OUTDOOR FULL BATH)
• Balance Chamber (main level): Queen bed, private en-suite bath with natural stone, direct main-level access, and a travertine waterfall wall just outside.
• Structure Chamber (upper level): Queen bed, Rosa Morada doors and closets, travertine floors, onyx accent lighting.
• Breath Chamber (upper level): King bed, custom Rosa Morada woodwork, travertine floors, soft onyx lighting.
• The two upper chambers share a full bath.
OUTDOORS
• Private pool with a natural stone-look cascade. Unheated, so it's refreshing in warm months and cooler in winter.
