Mix up pre-arrival with the room payment meant personal funds had to be used to cover a work assignment- they could have done better in this regard. My room was comfortable, spacious, modern with walk-in shower, kitchenette, dishwater and coffee machine. The staff are so warm, friendly, welcoming and provide exceptional service.
