The apartment includes: an entrance, a living room (with a 160x200 sofa bed and a flat screen TV), an open kitchen (with 2 induction hobs, a fridge, a microwave oven and a classic coffee maker) opening onto a large west-facing balcony with sea view, a bedroom (with a 140x190 bed), a bathroom (bathtub and vanity unit) and separate WCs. Parking is free in the residence. Additional services (optional) to be paid on the day of arrival: cleaning 53E, sheet kit (140x190: 22E/ 160x200: 25E, (notify us a few days before arrival)). Tourist tax to be paid on the day of arrival. Pets are accepted in this rental. THE RESIDENCE: Norman-style residence on the seafront, next to Cabourg Thalassotherapy in a quiet and residential area.
