"It was within walking distance of the Plaza de España and the metro system. The staff was very courteous and helpful. For an extra $20 they provided a breakfast buffet."

"Really enjoyed my stay here. Everyone was so nice and the room was clean. AC worked well, wifi was consistent, and front desk was very helpful. Rooftop was nice and even had a live band on Thursdays. Breakfast was okay but nothing special, could have had breakfast off the property. As a female solo traveler I felt safe walking to and from the hotel, although the area does look a bit urban and there were homeless people around, I didn’t have any safety concerns. There was also a market across the street and metro station was a 5-10min walk "
