"Amazing hotel, we were called the day before to say they had upgraded us to a better room, it was spacious and really clean. We had a beautiful view of Rocamadour. We had dinner at their restaurant and it was delicious."

"I liked the location a lot! Easy to get around as the immediate area is very flat. Would be good for disabled travelers. I didn’t see any kids at the hotel but would be fine for them too. The service was generally good. However, I observed a customer complaining about something and the manager put it back on the customer. Total gaslighting. It was a reasonable complaint. Also sometimes the food was missing ingredients like avocado but the staff won’t tell you they didn’t have everything on the menu. They seemed to be doing the best they could with what they had to work with. "

"The location is a plus near to the lift to the town and the castle. The pool was an added bonus. Everything was within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is a little dated but functional and they allow dogs. "
