"We had a lovely, bright room, which was very clean and quiet. There was lots of storage space and it was so useful to have the kitchenette and fridge. The reception staff were really helpful and friendly."

I was given a lower category room so the no offer to compensation. In the new room the sink did not drain. There was no hot water in the morning for the shower. No excuse offered. Seemed business as usual. Never again."
