"Fabulous villa with excellent communal downstairs facilities and even better outdoor spaces to relax, cook, eat, swim and sun bathe. Great view of Cassis and its mountains. Bedrooms are modest and showering is generally a shared space About 10/12 min stroll to the Harbour and town beach passing a good supermarket just 3 mins away on foot. "We had nine adults with one senior citizen. The walk to town was every bit of 20 minutes. But what a lovely town it was. This home was built in the 17th century. Soexpect some unexpected things.The house itself had four bedrooms on the second floor and a fifth with a spare room on the third floor. Many rooms had toilets, separate from shower and sink. All the bedrooms were comfortable. Bedding and mattresses were great. The kitchen was serviceable. The pool was unheated, but the yard was so...

"It isn’t often you find places like this to stay at with your family, absolutely fabulous. Classic French rural villa in the hills above Marseille. 35mins from the middle of the city, yet far enough away to be quiet. Brilliant location for the super marche and other amenities. Your will need a car though. We loved it, thanks Gilles and Nicole."

"Beautiful property, beautiful location. There were eight of us using the villa as a base for the rugby World Cup in marseille and also to enjoy the Provence area notably Aix en Provence. The villa is spacious and the pool and grounds perfect to relax and also enjoy pétanque and table tennis. Overall we had a great time and hope to be back again sometime. Tres superbe!"

"The area was beautiful and the villa was a good size for my family. We found the villa a little tired and it would benefit from a little updating. The pool area could be even better if it were refurbished. Overall we had a lovely stay and would not hesitate to return as we loved the area."

"We found the apartment as described on the website. The rooms are generously, clean and well furnished. The outdoor area is great with lots of different tables, chairs and sun loungers that can be used depending on the time of day and the position of the sun It’s located around 15 min from cassis by car and surrounded by good infrastructure. The landlords are very friendly and supportive (if needed) We will come back!"

"We had a lovely time in your villa. The only recommendation we have is that the outside room/annex was extremely hot even with a fan being purchased. The was no curtain on the door which added to the heat of the room. The description mentioned air con however this was only in one bedroom so the rest of the house was at times very hot and humid. Air con in every room would be beneficial. The swimming pool is as described, for 7 persons this was quite small. The villa manager was very helpful...
