"My sister and I stayed here two weeks ago. When we arrived, the hotel was experiencing issues with the air conditioning. To make up for the inconvenience, our breakfast was complimentary for the first two days. Because there was no clear timeline for when the AC would be repaired, the staff arranged for us to be transferred to another hotel for the remainder of our stay.

"We liked staying at this hotel. It was clean and staff were friendly. Rooms were nice and bathrooms clean as well. We stayed in this hotel at the beginning and end of our trip and so experienced two different rooms - while there were some minor differences between the two, nothing major and both were nice and up to date, well cared for. "Best part of this hotel is the location, it could be centered in a better spot. Everything Barcelona has is in walking distance and it’s right in front of the metro. As for hotel itself I had a beautiful balcony view, and staff was bilingual and helpful . Rooms are a bit small but no complaints. But the TV was useless I couldn’t watch or stream anything. Other than that great stay"
