"The staff was very nice but I changed my initial room: due to a surgery i couldnt not lift my suitcase up the stairs. I was not told before that the access to the room was not possible via an elevator. The initial room was narrow and old fashioned. The skirting boards were broken and not clean. After asking to change the room, the second one was clean, bigger and a nice view. "
