"A little confusion checking in, as the front desk didn’t seem to know which unit we were supposed to be in... but confusion cleared up rather quickly. Front desk also did not have a password for the WiFi, but was able to get it after a short wait ( had to call a unit contact to get it). Fairly convenient to get to airport (which was reason for choosing this location) and the price was very reasonable."

"Although the unit owner was prompt replying to our text/email messages, the unit was not maintained well for guests to stay. It was not clean when we arrived, we had to ask to clean the unit again especially the bathroom. Roaches were visible, I won’t recommend this unit to any guests."

"Unable to assess any criteria to review but my overall review is to AVOID this property like a plague. Since I was not able to complete the requirements due to miscommunication, they just took my money and never responded to me again. I was left without my money and a place to stay. They could have given me the opportunity to correct the error and stay for the remainder of the time but since they already got paid and no longer cared, I had to find a new place to stay. Terrible bad faith...

"I have been unsure getting a place to stay like Condotel or like bed&breakfast, its my first time ever and it proves that i will never stays at condotel… This place is the WORST, the AC is like an engine of a truck running, u will never get sleep, we shut it off and sacrifice the heat of the room. Staying at Luneta park is better off… STAY AWAY from this property."

"Was very confused as to where hotel was at. There is only a address and not the hotel me name. Very confusing when checking in . Didn't accommodate me when I first arrived. Had to call "owner" so she can talked with me. When in the room there was no soap or shampoo and very little toilet paper. Was not told that I would the one who buys all that. No bottled water as a courtesy. The tv remote control didn't work had to use cable box to change channels. The owner of room offered me to take me to...
