"Excelente lugar para hospedarse en Mérida. Se ubica en un fraccionamiento por el cual es fácil acceder a diferentes lugares, es una zona muy tranquila y segura (aunque Mérida en general es muy seguro). La habitación que reservamos estuvo muy amplia, limpia y con amenidades, cuenta con garage y diferentes espacios para estar muy agradables por si tu estancia es más prolongada. En cuanto a atención al huésped, nunca tratas con nadie, no ves personal como en los hoteles y sinceramente jamás me contestaron las llamadas al número que marqué en repetidas ocasiones y es el que se encuentra en la app, ni me contestaron un solo mensaje, de ahí todo estuvo excelente, con las indicaciones que envían al correo es fácil acceder a la propiedad. Definitivamente regresaría."

"Shambalanté is truly a hidden jewel in the heart of the Yucatecan jungle—a sanctuary for the soul. From the moment you arrive, time seems to slow down, replaced by a deep sense of peace, quiet, and connection with nature. Everything about this place invites you to breathe more deeply, to let go, and to reconnect with yourself and with the nature around you. The surroundings are simply magical, and the atmosphere feels both grounding and gently transformative. And the food… absolutely wonderful. Thoughtfully prepared, nourishing, and full of flavor, it complements the entire experience beautifully. If I had known just how special Shambalanté is, I would have stayed a full week instead of just three days. Thank you to Doris, Ricardo, and the rest of the team. I will definitely be back."

"This is a perfect place to disconnect and recharge, does have wi-fi if you can't live without it. The staff extremely cordial and attentive from the moment I stepped into the property,the restaurant staff was just as attentive prompt. The Hacienda has a rustic touch with a modern aproach, only five minutes outside of Izamal which makes it a perfect location. The Spa massage was phenomenal, will definitely stay here again when in the area."
