Incredible views and two private pools!

About this space
Casa Beatrice is the perfect holiday home to relax, swim, and recharge. Located in a beautiful country setting surrounded by ancient olive trees and has spectacular views over Lago Rosamarina and mountains.

The house has two pools, 1 shallow pool for relaxing and one that is deep for swimming. A large kitchen, salon seating room with fireplace and a projector for watching movies, 4 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms.

There are two extra separate buildings that can be rented for extra fees.
The space
In the main house there are 4 bedrooms:
One bedroom downstairs with queen bed and French doors to the terrace.
A Salon Bedroom with a queen bed and French doors to the terrace.
A full sized bathroom on first floor.

The upstairs has two bedrooms:
One master bedroom with spectacular views and a king bed.
One quiet red room with two single beds for kids or two single people.
And a full sized bathroom upstairs.

There are two extra outdoor separate buildings:
Magazino 1, with a King sized bed, private bathroom, glass wall and doors facing the lake this is an extra fee of 70.00 Euro's per night.
Magazino 2 is just off the pool, has it own parking, has a queen bed, private bathroom with tub and a kitchen with a full sized fridge, a TV and wifi, for 90.00 euros a night add on.
Guest access
Whether you rent the main house with 4 bedrooms or the extra buildings for add on fees you will have access to the whole property. Outdoor buildings will be locked unless you rent them in your package deal.
