"It was a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the bed was very comfortable.
Evening meals were standard but we both had cheese omelette and chips, which were delicious.
Our two small dogs enjoyed the room as well.
One small downside is that the GPS took us down some country lanes, some unmade, whereas there was a much more direct route. Not the fault of the owners though."

"Fabulous place in a lovely location. We had a brilliant stay and the hotel could not do enough to help us. They allowed us to check out a couple of hours later as we had struggled to get transport back from Bilbao, they also made us packed lunch (for a small fee) on departure even though the restaurant was closed. "Lovely house in serene countryside. It's some distance from Bilbao which was my target destination but the bus service was efficient and punctual. The one-mile walk from the property to the bus-stop was through an extremely peaceful woodland setting. Imanol was the perfect host.Assisted by Imanol's car I had no difficulty navigating the area & spending my evenings in friendly Gordexola so a hire car was not essential for me."
