"I have mixed feelings about this stay. Initially, I loved the location and how kid-friendly it was with the bunk bed and the plastic kid utensils/plates. She also provided pickleball equipment, beach towels, and games. She was very nice to talk to via text and on the phone as some things had not been updated on her listing or the sheet she provided. "This was a great location. Next to the lake, close to mines and still just a short drive to Hot Springs to enjoying the activities there. Condo had absolutely everything needed to make it feel like a home. My husband loved the choice to grill on either charcoal or gas. A somewhat remote and quiet area but delivery from Instacart was available. We loved the deer that visited every morning. Fantastic vacation for the adults and late teens alike. "The home is beautifully and comfortably decorated. We enjoyed spending time on the deck with the view of the lake. It was easy to walk through the back of the property down to the lakeshore. Easy access to Hot Springs if you want to spend time shopping or in the baths. Wonderful getaway!"

"Fantastic location for the activities we had planned during our visit to Arkansas. Pretty much our little private oasis. Not only a great view of the lake, but just a short walk for early morning fishing. We loved all the families of deer. The condo has a very welcoming deck with plenty of seating and a couple of fans to keep things a bit cooler. The beds were very comfortable, too. Host was easy to communicate with and helpful with dining ideas. Loved the area, location and friendly atmosphere....
