Outdoor shower, boules. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Storeroom available. Parking on the premises. Shop 100 m, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 150 m, bus stop 6 km. Sports harbour 8 km, golf course (9 hole) 5 km, walking paths from the house 100 m, children's playground 200 m. Nearby attractions: Malensac et Parc de Préhistoire 6 km, Port de Folleux au bord de la Vilaine 8 km, Rochefort en Terre 10 km, La Gacilly, Malestroit 25 km, Pénestin, Damgan 30 km, Golfe du Morbihan, Vannes 40 km. Large terrace, south facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (6). Facilities: washing machine, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. In the case of renting the villa alone (FR2660.600.1), the annex is not accessible.
