Another note is that the carpet in the room was starting to show some wear -- not bad but needs attention soon. These things wouldn't even be mentioned if the room was 200 euro a night but it was more than twice that rate. I still highly recommend the Grand Hotel. "This was a bit of a surprise: the room was exactly as described and has a balcony overlooking the trees and the river. The bed is very comfortable, the rooms clean and spacious, and there's even a bath. Very happy - in fact I extended my stay as it's a great base to explore this area."
