"We stayed for 3 nights here at the Calypso Hotel in mid May. It being the end of the tourist season, there were only about 2 other guests at the hotel. The hotel is on the exact opposite side of the island from Charlestown, so it was extremely quiet and peaceful, while still only being a 20 minute drive at most to get to places like charlestown and Pinney’s beach. "This vacation was absolutely perfect. Nevis is a beautiful island unspoiled by all the touristy influences. The restaurant's that we visited were all unique and offered some of the best lobster I have had. Highly recommend Drift, Bananas and the pre-set menu at Montpelier. We were able to eat inside the sugar mill which was such a fantastic experience. The house was PERFECT.
