El Mirador del CAMPANARIO has a terrace solarium from which you will see every corner of Cádiz. It is located in the old town, in the Barrio de Santa María, one of the hallmarks of our city thanks to the flamenco culture. It is located a step away from the train station and the beautiful Playa de Santa María where sun baths merge with wind sports.



The 63 m2 accommodation, on the 3rd floor of a building with an elevator, with 2 bedrooms, one with a comfortable king size bed where you will be able to rest freely and the other with two comfortable single beds; allows up to 4 people to stay. In addition, it has a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and oven, and a cozy living room with a very comfortable sofa.



Don't worry about the sheets and towels when you come. The beds will be made. In the house you will also find an iron for clothes, a cot and cot linen (if you notify us in advance), hammocks (on request) and a vacuum cleaner.



Guests must show a valid identity document and sign a tourist rental contract upon check-in (in accordance with Decree 28/2016 of the Junta de Andalucía on Housing for Tourist Purposes).

Emplacement idéal au cœur du vieux Cadix

L’appartement est au 3e étage et il y a un ascenseur (apprécié pour les valises). C’est tranquille, près de la gare de train et d’autobus, plusieurs restos à proximité. Tout peut se faire à pied. L’appartement est bien équipé, tel qu’indiqué dans l’annonce. Température agréable le jour en décembre et chauffage pour les soirées plus fraîches. Superbe séjour!

Great location by the old town

This is a nice property with 2 great outdoor private terraces and good outside seating. Private, not overlooked and quiet. The location is fabulous with easy walking access to all the sites of the old town along with the bus and train stations only 5 minutes away. The lounge area is small but adequate and comfortable. The kitchen could have been cleaner. The only disappointment was the bedrooms. The overall experience would be enhanced if the mattresses and bed linen were upgraded. This is a nice property but really only for 2 guests as the second particularly lacks comfort. Overall, we had a lovely 3 week stay.

Great location, quiet but close to everything you need

A super apartment - clean, comfy and well equipped. Very quiet, but easy to walk everywhere - market, beach, museums, restaurants. Especially liked the artwork, much of which was made by the owners brother. Cadiz4Rentals were great - responded very quickly for small issues and checked in with us regularly to make sure things were OK. Would definately stay here again! We stayed during winter, and the apartment was a little chilly at times. We used the heater which was fine, but perhaps a rug or two in the bedrooms would make things a bit cosier. But overall this is a minor issue

Schönes Appartement in guter Lage

Die Lage dieses Objekts ist ideal, da es sehr nahe beim Bahnhof liegt. Die Wohnung war für uns ideal, die Betten super und die Einrichtung gut. Das Auffinden des Büros, wo man den Schlüssel abholen muss war für uns schwierig zu finden. Ein Lageplan hätte geholfen, oder wenn eine Mitarbeiterin schnell zum Appartement gekommen wäre. Das Öffnen der beiden Haustüren war eine Herausvorderung... Zum Glück haben wir am zweiten Tag gemerkt, dass es eine sehr gute Klimaanlage hat, da es sehr kalt war! Die Nespresso-maschine war leider unvollständig. Das Check-in online fanden wir etwas kompliziert. Ansonsten würden wir diese Wohnung gerne weiterempfehlen.

3 nights in Cadiz

We stayed three nights in El Mirador del Campanario, attracted by the photo of the roof top terrace. And we sat on the terrace every evening enjoying the wide views across the city. The apartment is well placed a short stroll from the centre. It is well furnished and well equipped, clearly at some expense. Unfortunately, a couple of the chairs on the terrace looked fine but in fact, were of low quality, the sort of camping equipment you can pick up for a few pounds in the UK. I sat on one of them on the first evening and it collapsed under me. Luckily I was not hurt. It could have been serious if my head had hit one of the metal plates sticking out of the terrace wall. I missed it by a whisker. The owner, who has clearly put a lot of thought into the apartment, or the local agent should replace these inadequate chairs with more robust ones.
