"This was hands down our best overnight stay in Wales. The hotel is fabulous. The staff are amazing. Rooms are modern and every detail has been painstakingly well considered. The art on every wall is so interesting. We were absolutely blown away. I had mentioned that we were on a trip celebrating my partner’s birthday and they arranged a bottle of prosecco. Alison at reception was one of the most helpful and kind people in that role. We truly cannot say enough about this hotel."

"The tranquil setting and gorgeous building felt very special. We also enjoyed the gourmet breakfast that started the day . My only observation is that the Arts & Crafts building offers an opportunity to enhance that throughout rather than what is on the walls now, and feels like generic hotel decor that could be found anywhere. The priory is special, and that could be enhanced."

"Great location on outskirts of St David’s and big room with a sitting area and had a sea view and patio. Rooms on ground floor so no problems with lugging cases etc. Huge bathroom. Wet room style so no bath."

"A very well situated hotel, modern inside an old building. A nice beer garden. Pleasant and helpful staff. The restaurant was good and there are other nice eating places nearby. The bar closes at 10 which means it is quiet if you gov o bed early but there are nearby pubs ifvyou don’t want to b Vegan breakfast could have been a bit more exciting and it would be good if oat or soya milk plus sachets of flora (or similar) were available on the breakfast buffet. Good to have EV charging on site but they didn’t all work properly and the payment system was a bit fiddly. A really nice visit and I’d definitely stay again."

"Excellent location and the property had everything we needed for our stay. The property was also very spacious for our family of 6. The host was extremely helpful throughout the booking process and always replied to messages promptly. Highly recommend."

"As a family of 8 adults, we had a wonderful stay. The whole house is huge, with plenty of space for all of us to come together but to also have space.The location is perfect, very close to the centre of St David’s, just down the road from the shop and close to the pubs and restaurants.There is no official parking but this was no problem, we parked all our cars just around the corner, free of charge.Thank you so much. We hope to visit again one day."

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Maes Dyfed. Bungalow warm and comfortable and located close to the Cathedral and the Main Street - shops, cafes etc. (Though some businesses had closed after summer season) Heating system easy to operate so didn’t make use of the wood burner. Good to have secure garden - enjoyed sitting out one sunny afternoon."
