Ideal location to access Llanberis path and walk to town and country park. I could leave my car in the car park which saved on parking charges. Breakfast was included and offered plenty of choice including the usual staples. The staff were really helpful and welcoming.
Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room with a comfortable bed. Food was excellent.

Great hotel for the mountain railway. Literally across the road. Had a lovely meal in the bar ( wasn’t expecting swordfish on the menu. Very tasty)
3 coaches in the hotel so breakfast was a bit noisy!
The room was mainly clean but some fluff in the cupboard. Staff were very helpful and there is plenty of parking on site. Beautiful area at the base of Snowdon just a few minutes walk from the train.
The best hotel in town. Food in the restaurant is amazing!

Great staff
Cosy hotel great breakfast
The lift was out of order which was a bit of a nuisance and the fan in the bathroom was rather noisy which made having a relaxing bath out of the question
I would recommend the hotel as it’s perfectly situated for Snowdon
Brilliant location, clean, great breakfast options, bar food delicious and staff all very friendly and helpful. Room good size and comfy beds. We will be to visiting again.
Excellent stay! The parking was a huge plus and especially important as my husband was travelling by motorbike. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was good, and we also had a delicious evening meal from the bar. Overall, a very enjoyable experience. Thank you – we would happily stay again!
Lovely hotel and perfect location for walking up Snowdon, room spacious, breakfast lovely and we had a beautiful meal in the restaurant overlooking the gardens which were stunning, found the staff friendly and helpful
Great Hotel and well located in Eryri to give you access to; Yr Wyddda, Carneddau and Glydeeau mountains.
The room was clean, well equipped and comfortable. The food was also good and the bar was reasonably priced for the area.
It’s a 5 minute walk from Llanberis village centre and Llyn Padarn.
Very nice - beautiful countryside and a good hotel

Firstly, location is perfect. Just on the edge of the village and the start of the Llanberis path is right outside, so no driving or parking charges if you intend walking Snowdon on this route.
Staff are very friendly and helpful and breakfast was pretty good. However, the building itself could do with some updating and our room was pretty tired in terms of decor. We stayed in the Coach House building so it might not be the same for other rooms but it looked like the last update was a couple of decades ago.
That said, everything worked, the amenities were there and it was comfortable enough. So, as long as you accept that the location means you are paying a premium price whilst getting poorer accommodation standard than in the general area then it's fair. We stayed 2 nights.
Good location but half of the Llanberis attractions were closed for a variety of reasons which was disappointing.
Large hotel catering for coach trips, food in the bar was good and the restaurant food was delicious however the breakfast was average as although we had a nice room to eat in the buffet breakfast was served in the coach trip room which wasn’t ideal.
Our room in the Coach house was very small for almost £200 a night but it was clean and comfortable.
