It is on the 3rd floor accessible by lift or stairs, and perfectly positioned to walk into Cagliari city, or along the harbour. Also within easy walking distance of the station, as well as lots of bars and restaurants. Our room had a harbour view so was perfect to sit at the juliette balcony to people watch and enjoy the comings and goings of the boats. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "
