We checked in at their office which is around the corner from the actual hotel. Bit odd, but they were friendly and helped us with our luggage. Room itself fine, other than could have done with more plug sockets. aircon good, staff friendly, and ideally placed for exploring the city and for eating out

Oceane (female) who checked us in is very nice and helpful. She even gave us recommendations for restaurants and also, they were willing to accommodate our bags overnight while we took an overnight trip to the beach. Very responsive in WhatsApp. Don’t let the facade and entrance to the hotel fool you. It’s very nice and everything you want to see within walking distance.

Room was ok basic old fashion style and a bit dark - they have expresso machine but not capsules - and only one tea bag. Service is ok just. A bit of annoying on check in as they sent me link to do my check in priority my arrival and did all was correct and then when I collected key have to do kind of all again - the collection of the key is not in building i stayed that has not has reception there it’s a building separate of that- I was able to leave bags on day I was leaving

I stayed at the property just for 1 night because of my flight, as I had fortunately booked a different apartment for the whole vacations period which was a lot better. The price for the single room was not at all value for money, so I would say this is not even an option for someone who wants to stay somewhere cheap. The building and the doors are very old and the single room I booked was in the middle of other 2 rooms (so no soundproof at all), without any view and the terrace out of the window was dirty enough not to be willing to go outside there. Also, there was not at all signal in the room, fortunately the wifi works fine. The room was clean, the bathroom and toilet are probably renovated but located very closed to the bed as the whole room is rather small (I was told it’s the single room, no photo of this on the site, though). Also, the roof is made of wood which made me anxious for the small possibility of any mouse 😬. Also, the pillows are very uncomfortable ! All in all, I suggest that for me, for one night was rather ok. I don’t recommend it for all the vacations period !! Some advantages: the staff was super kind and helpful and the location of course is the best !!! Near piazza Yenne, the port, via Roma and piazza Matteotti where the bus and the train station are.

La doccia non aveva acqua calda!!! Fatto la doccia con acqua gelida. Alle 20 ore non potevo rimanere sporco dopo tutta la giornata. Come e' possibile che non ci sia acqua calda!!!

Affittacamere poco curato ma con un'ottima posizione in pieno centro a Cagliari. La camera che ho prenotato, la standard, era molto piccola e con un bagno ricavato nella stessa che secondo me non è neanche a norma. L'unica finestra in camera dà su una piccola corte buia coi serbatoi dell'acqua. Letto scomodo costituito da due materassi bassi e usurati uno su quell'altro... Sconsigliatissimo aggiungere la colazione come extra a € 8,00 a persona (un furto) perche ci sono solo 2 briosh confezionate e due succhi su un vassoio in camera... Da rimanerci solo una notte ma solo se non si trova altro in città. Unica cosa positiva la posizione e la celerità di intervento del gestore dopo esserci accorti che la doccia era rotta.

Un po' scomodo il checkin in 2 strutture diverse, sopratutto se si hanno bagagli ingombranti. La cosa però più grave è che la mattina alle 7 a qualcuno è stata assegnata una stanza errata (quella gia occupata da me) e quindi mi sono ritrovato uno sconosciuto entrare in camera, fatto gravissimo e intollerabile.
