"it is the first time I have ever arrived at a hotel at 3.15 pm and a room has not been available - on top of that the room was not available until 5.30 - I have never had that - in the lobby there were at least 3-4 other people in the same spot - the hotel offered the use of the spa and som degree drinks - but it does not help when we are only in cagliari for 1 night -"

"We enjoyed our stay in UNAHOTELS T Hotel Cagliari a lot! Hands down the best hotel in the city. It's a bit away from noisy port and marina (about 20 min walk, or 5 min drive), and it's a huge advantage. Very easily accessible by car, near major highways, so no need to drive through narrow medieval streets of port area. And FREE PARKING!! with unlimited 24h access and exit. Hotel itself is impeccably clean and amazingly well decorated. Great breakfast, too. Stuff deserved special...

"First of all, we were actually impressed and glad that upon arriving early in the morning with no notice to the hotel, they had our room ready. But then once seeing the room - dirty and stuffy, we weren’t too happy anymore. Food is a buffet, so expectations weren’t high to begin with. It is self served, including beverages. The hotel will provide you a “taxi” company business card and they charge you double what the the local taxi cabs will but won’t tell you anything about how to get a hold of...

"Super fast service whenever we requested anything! We got something stuck in the safe and someone was there to fix it within 5 minutes. Wow! Very friendly staff who always ordered taxis for us. We had a lovely high-end suite. The only thing missing is a pool. Fantastic stay overall. "
