"Nous avons passé, nos amis et nous, un très agréable séjour chez Valerio, un hôte très agréable et très à l'écoute. La maison est idéalement située en bord de mer avec accès direct depuis le jardin. Les repas pris sur la terrasse offrent une vue magnifique avec les pins en premiers plans et la mer à peine plus loin. La maison est confortable, spacieuse et fonctionnelle. "The accomodation was very clean, exactly how it was shown in the pictures. Stefano is a really nice host, if we had any questions he immediatly answered. He also gave us useful tips about near shops and markets or what to see near the accomodation. There is a really nice beach directly infront of the house which was never crowded and we could have space for ourselves. there is a shop with all the necessities 5 minutes away from the house. To the city centre of Cagliari it is definetly too far...

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful apartment. We stayed here August 2022 and so glad we chose it. The apartment was very clean and well presented. Everything you needed was provided. The real bonus was the fact that they provided everything you needed for the beach - umbrellas, flippers, beach shoes, snorkel & masks, inflatables, bucket & spades, chairs, balls, beach bags so my children were very happy. The contact from the hosts Antonello & Christina was amazing from initial booking...

"Abbiamo chiesto di ricevere le foto dell'appartamento in anticipo ma non ci sono mai state inviate, se avessimo saputo che saremmo state piazzate nel seminterrato senza finestre e con un minibar al posto di un normale frigorifero - per una settimana di ferie ad agosto - non avremmo prenotato qui. Per il resto tutto ok, la zona è bella per cui ci siano godute la vacanza fuori casa."

"Our stay at the villa was fantastic! Valeria was such a gracious host and made the check-in process a breeze. The property’s is literal steps from the ocean (you can see it from the villa!). The town of Pula has many restaurants and attractions and is about a 5 minute drive. Wonderful stay all around!"

"It was a nice property However you needed to drive for everything and no strolling in the evening in town too far away The property lacked a few things ie clock anywhere Side Tables in The living room we needed to Use the floor I had to cut many branches off the bushes outside as we couldn’t get in and out of the car in the parking area"

"Fijn groot huis om met een groot gezin in door te brengen. De 3 slaapkamers zijn beneden waardoor deze aangenaam waren om in te slapen met de warmte. De grote tuin was ideaal voor de kinderen om in te spelen met iedere avond het karakterestieke geluid van geiten met geitenbellen welke achterlangs liepen . In de buurt heel veel prachtige stranden. Kortom, ideaal huis voor verblijf in Pula!"

"Cordiale e piacevole accoglienza della proprietaria, casa pulita e ordinata con tutte le dotazioni necessarie, spazi esterni ben utilizzabili con alternanza di zone soleggiate e ombreggiate, doccia esterna intiepidita dal sole...ottima sistemazione! Inoltre posizione comoda con spiaggia, market, bar/giornalaio e ristorante pizzeria raggiungibili a piedi. Consigliata!"

"Wir waren bereits in einigen Ferienhäusern in Italien, doch dieses hat unsere Erwartungen absolut übertroffen: die Qualität der Einrichtung, die Grösse (allein der geniale riesige Holztisch auf der unteren Terrasse, bestimmt 4m lang), die Architektur (die Schlafzimmer liegen im Souterrain, kleine Nischen in manchen Zimmern), die Lage (1 min zu Fuss zum Sandstrand, per Auto in wenigen Minuten zu den vielen nächsten Stränden und Buchten), die Besitzerfamilie (Alice und ihr Vater Antonio) waren...

"What an absolutely dreamy place. The accommodations were wonderful everything is amazing. Two bathrooms with teens is a big plus. The hosts Carlo and Consuelo were kind and informative saved us a parking spot right in front of house . Plenty to do just walking around, but driving to the beaches was just incredible. We will be back when it’s warmer but not too crowded . Wish it was just a little warmer but beyond that superb. This is the place to stay with your family on this magical island!...

"Very good apartment. Very clean with very good aircon and WiFi only negative was stairs to bedroom level rather steep. Right in the centre of Marina area and spoilt for choice with number of restaurants. Rail station a few minutes walk and short bus ride to Poetto Beach. Would highly recommend if visiting Cagliari"
