"We'd definitely recommend The Squirrel's Nest. A lovely house and owners. Our room was great, spacious en suite bathroom, air conditioning which with temperatures of 40 degrees outside (canicule), was really appreciated, tea and coffee making facilities on the landing. An easy walk into Gaillac for dinner (bring a torch) and not far from routes to Albi and Toulouse. "We stayed for a weekend and the property was fantastic and in a great location to visit downtown Albi. The hosts were great, easy to communicate with in French and English, and were very hospitable. The hosts prepared a very nice breakfast each morning in a nice setting at a covered area in the yard. The host is very knowledgeable about Albi and that region of France which helped us decide on the region we wanted to visit next. We would definitely stay again."
