We loved the rooftop bar, pool and views. The breakfast was confusing. We just wanted a continental breakfast but somehow wound up being set up for the buffet ,which was just average. Probably was due to language barriers but we didn't really understand the process. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel has been entirely renovated, great location, excellent breakfast buffet. The ladies working the omelet bar were awesome, very attentive and efficient. Eric at the front desk was so helpful with our travel plans, the only downside was the air conditioning, we had to keep the windows open all night.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Great cleanliness and overall a great experience.

We stayed at the Five Seas for one night of a 10 day trip through France. We were very well taken care of at reception and the room was beautiful. We would definitely stay here again

Quiet and with ocean view.

Stayed for one night as I was moving out of my apartment. I had an early flight the next day and they were very accommodating. One man at the front desk was extremely helpful in weighing my very heavy luggage, and bringing it to my room. Only complaint was the luggage stand was broken when I got in there, but not an issue as my smaller bag had all the items I needed. Nothing to do with the hotel but if you are like me and have a lot of luggage, getting an uber to the airport in the morning is...

Very nice pleasant place to stay for a night or two

Exquisite hotel! Service was impeccable. The two restaurants and the bar were beyond exceptional. This hotel is simply top notch. From its history, to all its ornamental architecture, to all of its artwork, we simply did not want to leave. Fascinating stay. Well trained staff who exceeds every expectation.

Of all the hotels on a 10-day Euro holiday, my friends and I were most impressed with Hotel Le Cavendish. The hotel has the perfect location for exploring Cannes as it’s a bit off the water yet still a 10 minute walk to the Le Suquet (Old Town), La Croisette, and beaches. Beautiful property with wonderful staff and great amenities! All staff was very attentive! The best breakfast buffet we've ever experienced. Hotel has a wonderful spa and an amazing restaurant Palm d'or. We had a wonderful stay and will be visiting again

Amazing place. Cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Clean and modern hotel with excellent breakfast. It is walking distance from the airport and provides shuttles to airport. It is far from shopping areas. It is 40 minutes walk to the nearest beach.

Our room, 31, was super cute and spacious. AC was awesome. Loved the communication through whatsapp and staff was helpful especially with recommendations. Checking in they give you a map and give info and recommendations to get the most out of every visit.

Hôtel was great. It’s about 15 mins walk from La Croisette (the main beach promenade). We could have parked at the hotel but actually had failed to let them know in advance (our poor planning, not the hotel’s fault). If we had let them know we’d also have been able to charge our rental car there which was an EV. When we checked in they offered to reserve it for us for the following evening but in the end it was easier to just leave the car in a multistory car park nearby. The room was lovely....
