"This was my first time visiting Puerto Rico, and I am so happy I chose the Condado Hotel for my stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What stood out the most was how friendly and helpful the staff were throughout my visit. I had a very late check-in, which I was originally nervous about, but the process was completely seamless and stress-free. The staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I also loved that the hotel is a small boutique property. It had a more intimate and relaxing atmosphere compared to larger resorts. The adults-only environment was an added bonus and made for a peaceful getaway. Relaxing on the beach with an umbrella drink in hand was the perfect way to end the summer, and this hotel played a big part in making my trip enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and welcoming place to stay in Puerto Rico."

"My daughter and I had a great time at the resort! The staff were very helpful whenever we had questions, and everyone was polite and welcoming overall. There are also several different food options to choose from, and the food we had was good. Since this is a family-friendly resort, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Overall, it’s a great place for families to relax, have fun, and spend quality time together. We did have one incident where housekeeping accidentally threw away a purchase we had made from the gift shop. As soon as we contacted the front desk, the staff were right on it and did their best to help. Unfortunately, they weren’t able to locate the items, but we were able to purchase the same items again, and the resort credited us for the original purchase without any issues. Overall, we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. We truly appreciated how helpful and responsive the staff were, and we will definitely be coming back!"
